Admissions 2018—19

The "Open Merit Lists—1" for the admissions to the following courses have been declared, and are displayed on the Department' Notice Board. The "REMARKS" column mentions the required documents to be submitted.

1. "Certificate of Proficiency in Russian"
2.  "Adv. Diploma in Russian Language & Literature"
3. "Certificate of Proficiency in French",
4. "Diploma in French Language"

As informed by the University' Admission Committee, the "Admission Close Date is Saturday, 4th August 2018".

Open Merit Applications 2018—19

As informed today by the Admissions Committee, the revised Schedule for the OPEN MERIT Applications’ 2018—19, is to be as follows:

(1). Submission of the Application Form+ Self-attested Documents+ Application for Open Merit+ Verification of all the marksheets, certificates, degrees, other documents from the Originals on:

Tuesday, 31st July 2018, by 5:00 P.M. 

(2). For other details, the applicants are advised to check the Post of Saturday, 28.07.2018, given below.

Open Merit Applications 2018—19

The Open Merit Application' information is posted on the University' Admission Portal (https://admission.ccsuweb.in/).

It is available in Candidate Login from 28-July-2018.

Only ONE course/Level can be opted. INCOMPLETE applications are NOT to be submitted.

The Schedule for the OPEN MERIT Applications’ 2018—19 is as follows:

*Check the "Eligibility Conditions", before applying for the Diploma and the Advanced Diploma courses. 

Last Date for Online Registration:  Monday, 16th July 2018.

(Tentative) Date of 1st Merit Lists: Thursday, 19th July 2018 (Press Release of 10.07.2018: #8 ).

There is "NO" bar or restriction on the Intermediate' Passing Year.

The University will inform about the declaration of the Merit Lists.

If a Merit Offer Letter mentions "Not Selected" (when the Merit Lists are declared), that  means, one has to wait for the next merit list. The Merit Offer Letter(s) can be downloaded by using the User ID and the Password.

Important Notice: Documents for Merit Lists

The applicants for the Russian and French language courses are hereby informed to:

2. Refer to the Check List of 17.10.2016. 
3. Check the University Admission Portal 
4. SUBMIT the self–attested copies of ALL the relevant documents to the Computer Agency personnel at Room No. 309 (University Administrative Block), latest by Friday, 21.10.2016.
5. The applicants for the Diploma and the Advanced Diploma courses are particularly advised to take note of the Eligibility Conditions.

1. Signed Application form + Merit Offer Letter;
2. Originals of all the mark-sheets, degrees, certificates and other documents, only for verification of the documents, mentioned below at #3.
3. Self–attested copies of all the mark-sheets, degrees, certificates & other documents, starting from that of the High School to the latest one(s);
4. Document showing the Enrolment Number of C.C.S. University,      /                                                     OR                                                                                                                                T.C./ School or College Leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate.
5. Self–attested copies of the Caste/Category Certificate(s) + Aadhaar Card.
6. Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended/Appropriate authority;
7. Affidavit(s) for the gap year(s), if any;
8. Two anti–ragging affidavits on non–judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each, and attested by Notary Public.
9. Two (02) passport size photos;
10. Annual Tuition Fee’ submission proof.

After admission

    11.  Filled–up Admission Kit’ documents.
    12.  List of Prescribed & Recommended Books.
